\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Trebuie s\u0103 recunosc c\u0103 a fost pentru prima oar\u0103 c\u00e2nd am f\u0103cut acest preparat, deci \u0219i emo\u021biile mi-au fost pe m\u0103sur\u0103. Apoi ad\u0103ug\u0103m carnea tocat\u0103 pe care o amestec\u0103m cu ceapa \u0219i o l\u0103s\u0103m s\u0103 se g\u0103teasc\u0103 la foc mic. Dup\u0103 gust ad\u0103ug\u0103m sare \u0219i piper. Odat\u0103 ce carnea este g\u0103tit\u0103 aceasta va l\u0103sa mult ulei. Ei bine ne asigur\u0103 c\u0103 scurgem tot acest ulei din crati\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Odat\u0103 ce am sc\u0103pat de surplusul de ulei ad\u0103ug\u0103m peste carne sosul de ro\u0219ii. Le amestec\u0103m u\u0219or \u00eempreun\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 se form\u0103m un sos. \u0218i aici, dup\u0103 gust mai pute\u021bi ad\u0103uga busuioc, oregano, poate chiar \u0219i o linguri\u021b\u0103 de zah\u0103r, depinde mult de aciditatea ro\u0219iilor, \u00een cazul \u00een care nu a\u021bi optat pentru un sos cump\u0103rat.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Eu sincer le-am pus prima oar\u0103 la fiert pentru 3-4 minute, doar at\u00e2t c\u00e2t ele s\u0103 devin\u0103 elastice, aldente. Dup\u0103 care le-am scos \u0219i le-am a\u0219ezat pe fiecare separat pentru a le putea pune \u00een tav\u0103.<\/p>\n
